How to Breastfeed

From the moment you become pregnant your body starts to get ready to breastfeed. Most women can produce all the milk that their baby needs, including mums who have twins and triplets. Breastfeeding is one of the most natural things in the world, but just like anything new it can take a little time to get the hang of!

We have gathered together lots of information about how to breastfeed and have got our team of breastfeeding mums to offer you their advice for a happy breastfeeding experience. If you have a question that isn’t answered on our website, please get in touch with your Midwife, Health Visitor or Breastfeeding Peer Supporter for some extra help.
