You can help us to improve the service that we offer you by giving us your feedback. We are always trying to improve the service we offer to mums and their families and your feedback can help us to do this. We would really appreciate your views on the breastfeeding service that we provide. We would also love to hear your story and any positive advice you can offer new mums (please let us know if you're happy for us to share your story with others). 

Contact us if you

  • wish to compliment a service or a member of staff or volunteer who has helped you
  • want to give us some feedback
  • have a current concern or problem with the standard of help you have received from any of our services - if you would like a response to your comments please leave your contact details 

The information you provide to us may be shared with Patient Relations (RAEI) or the Patient Services Team (Bridgewater) and/or any other health professionals in order to help them improve their services.

The My Mummy Does website is part of Ashton, Leigh and Wigan PCT. The PCT will reply in confidence to any comments, complaints, suggestions or congratulations requesting a response. All personal details will be stored securely. The PCT will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, unless we are obligated by law to do so.

By providing your personal details you consent to only your first name and the first name and age of your baby being posted on the website.
